Today we have a song review of Preacher’s new song “Talk2Him”. The rapper captivates with his energetic and engaging flow, featuring a catchy "He loves you" chorus that lingers long after listening. His lyrics are straightforward and relatable, sharing personal experiences with his faith in a way that feels genuine and unforced. Themes of God’s love are conveyed beautifully, blending seamlessly into a modern/melodic delivery reminiscent of Travis Scott. The hard-hitting production, marked by rattling hi-hats and groovy basslines, complements the atmospheric melody perfectly. While the song shines, a slightly longer runtime/additional verse could enhance the experience further & occasional vocal clashes with the beat are minor distractions. Overall though, I love this new song from Preacher & think “Talk2Him” is a refreshing piece of modern Christian Hip-Hop.
